The Center for International Education (CIE) serves as a central hub connecting students, faculty, staff, and partners engaged in diverse global initiatives. CIE plays a key role in advancing SIU’s reputation as a globally engaged institution of academic distinction. Its responsibilities include supporting prospective international students, providing comprehensive services to international students and scholars, coordinating immersive study abroad programs, and cultivating strategic international partnerships.
